    Group Product Development Manager, Cementir Group

    Stefano Zampaletta is currently working for Cementir Holding as Group Product Development Manager. He is in charge of defining and coordinating the Group sustainability roadmap for a lower carbon product range and its roll-out at Group and Local level to support Group’s CO2 emission reduction targets. Within this he is co-leading FUTURECEM® as Group Initiative: a green and sustainable solution for cement and concrete technology. He is also coordinating innovation activity on cement-based solution and products within InWhite Solutions®. During his 20 years-experience in cement and concrete industry, he also covered different positions in technical assistance, quality control and R&D.

    Technical Sales Manager Aalborg Portland Belgium

    Tom Ryckeboer was graduated as Master in Industrial Engineering, specialized in construction in Ghent, completed with a Master in Building Management in Mechelen. He joined the Cement and Concrete business 23 years ago in a technical-commercial function for CCB, Italcementi Group. In 2012, he started own business as consultant in Precast Industry. He realized different missions in High-End Architectonic Concrete Market and UHPC Market. Since 2019, come-back in Cement Industry as Technical Sales Manager for Aalborg Portland Belgium, covering Benelux and French market with focus on White Cement and UHPC.

    Technical Sales Manager-Responsible for South of France

    Graduated in Sales and Marketing of Industrial Products, he has 16 years of experience in world of concrete. In 2004, He began as responsible for the NF Adjuvants tests for Technical and Industrial Center CERIB .In 2008, He joined BASF CC France as Technical sales engineer for 10 years. Afterwards he worked for BASF as sales manager for South East of France. In 2020, he started working for Aalborg Portland to develop sales of White Cement in South of France as Technical Sales Manager.
